Marc Sverdlov

Marc Sverdlov is an Associate Asset Manager at Hybridge Capital Management, where he helps oversees HCM's hospitality and multifamily assets. His responsibilities span financial modeling, underwriting, operational oversight, capital project execution, and the development and implementation of business plans designed to maximize asset performance and long-term value.

Marc works closely with third-party operators, construction teams, and internal stakeholders to drive capital projects, execute repositioning strategies, and plan successful exits. Prior to joining HCM, he was an Asset Manager at Fields Holdings, LLC, a boutique real estate investment and development firm specializing in student housing. There, he managed capital improvement initiatives, supported operational strategy, and contributed to the firm’s value-add investment platform.

He earned a B.A. in International Relations and Global Business from the University of Southern California in 2025, with a concentration in Global Finance and a minor in Business Law.

Outside the office, Marc enjoys spending time at the beach, playing tennis and golf, and cheering on the New England Patriots.
